Website Tools & Plugins

When required for the project, the following plugins and tools will be installed and configured using their free versions:

• Divi website builder and design framework.
• WPForms or integration with the client’s CRM.
• Wordfence security. (free version)
• Yoast SEO for basic search engine optimization. (free version)
• GTranslate for website translation. (free version)
• WhatsApp integration. (free version)
• Google reCAPTCHA for form protection.
• Other free plugins required for the basic functionality of the website.

WordPress Hosting Included

The package includes 12 months of managed WordPress hosting during the first year, including:

• Managed WordPress hosting.
• Free CDN.
• Managed WordPress updates.
• Technical support during regular business hours.
• 5 email accounts
• Free SSL certificate (secure site) for one year

Beginning in the second year, hosting must be renewed annually according to the current applicable rate.

Divi License

The Divi license is included for the first year and may continue to be provided as long as the client continues using our hosting and maintenance services.

If the client moves the website to another hosting provider or stops using our services, the Divi license will no longer be included.

The client may continue using Divi through a maintenance service with us or obtain a separate annual Divi license directly.

Not Included

The Entrepreneur | Professional Web Presence package does not include:

• Domain name registration or purchase.
• Professional photography.
• Professional video production or editing.
• Paid plugins or premium software, unless specifically stated.
• Ongoing website maintenance beyond the services specifically included in the package.
• Logo design or logo redesign.
• Legal text writing.
• FAQ writing.
• Content creation not specifically included in the package.

Connecting the domain to the hosting service requires the client to provide the necessary access or authorization to make the required DNS changes.

Included plugins and tools are provided in their free versions, unless otherwise stated.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Payment Terms

• 50% deposit to start the project.
• Payment of the remaining 50% before final website delivery.
• Client Materials and Information

The client is responsible for providing all materials necessary to develop the website, including:

• Website copy (text).
• Photographs.
• Logo.
• Contact information.
• Service details.
• Company information.
• Necessary account or platform access credentials.
• Any other content required to complete the website.

Legal texts, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), and business-specific information must be drafted and provided by the client.

Project Timeline

The development timeframe may vary based on the client’s availability and the timely delivery of required materials.

Once the client has provided all necessary content and materials, and the overall visual design and structure have been approved, the estimated completion and delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 business days.

Delays in the delivery of text, photographs, logos, access credentials, approvals, or other required materials may affect the estimated delivery time.

Included Revisions

The package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions regarding the design and content provided during the development process.

Additional revisions or changes requiring substantial work outside the original project scope may incur an additional fee.

Important: If the client fails to respond or submit changes for 5 days, the project will be considered accepted and complete, and the final payment will be processed.

Included plugins and tools are provided in their free versions unless otherwise specified.

The availability and functionality of certain features may depend on third-party services, external accounts, APIs, plugin limitations, or changes made by the respective service providers.
